BIOGRAPHY
Stuart Fischer is an artist originally from Long Island, New York. He studied under the guidance of New York artist Hedy Pagremanski while at Oceanside Senior High School and continued his art studies at Quinnipiac University.
He currently lives in Miami, Florida with his wife, Frieda, and continues to paint.
